How to make homemade yogurt
your new pet

Let's do the math: how many yogurts do you have to buy to have yogurts all week?
— 7 yogurts.
Incorrect. The answer is 1, not 7. Only one! And it may be the last yogurt you'll have to buy for a long, long time.
Just as we can make a new plant from a cutting, or we can have 7 puppies from our cat, we can also make many yogurts from a single yogurt. A single yogurt, all yogurts.

Ingredients
For 7 yogurts
• Firm natural yogurt (the kind that comes in a glass jar), 1 unit.
• Fresh milk, 1 litre.
• Constancy (essential ingredient).
Preparation time : 20 minutes.
Ready in : 8 hours.
What's more
• Clean and sterilized glass jars, 7 units.
• Or a big new taper that you allocate exclusively to make yogurt every week.

Process
1. Sterilize the glass jars. For this, read our tips below.
2. Open the jars and place 1 tablespoon of yogurt (1 tablespoon or 2 tablespoons of tea) in each jar.
3. Then, in a saucepan, heat the liter of milk over low heat. Immediately, and with super clean hands, touch a finger to the milk, and keep your finger inside until you feel like you want to take your finger out (that is, when it is a little more than warm). That is the right temperature. Turns off the fire.
Be very careful with this point! Milk raises high temperatures, that's why it's important that you touch the milk as soon as the fire is lit, so that you can gradually detect the point where it starts to burn... the exact point is at that moment when you "need" to take your finger out of the hot liquid.
4. I served, with a ladle, the warm milk in each jar. Stir with a spoon until the firm yogurt dissolves completely. Top.
5. Place all the jars on a table, counter or fountain where it gets direct sunlight.
6. Cover with a fleece blanket, and let stand for 8 hours.
7. At 8 o'clock, put them away in the refrigerator. Then enjoy!
VERY IMPORTANT . Booking one of the yogurts for the next batch. You will no longer need to buy a yogurt again. With the one you reserved, you will be able to make 7 new yogurts. The maximum duration in the refrigerator is one week.

• How to sterilize glass jars . In a large pot, place a metal steamer and add water in the background. Wash Tighten the jars and their lids, and turn them upside down. I boiled the water, until it evaporates completely. Let cool 5 minutes, remove carefully, leave drying in the open air, and cover until its use.
• It is advisable to prepare yogurts in the morning and store them in the afternoon. (For example, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
• Healthy toppings . To add color, flavor, and sweetness to your yogurts, add seasonal fruits, cereals, and two tablespoons of honey to each serving.
